摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operation and short-circuit phenomenon due to leak current, even when a nonaqueous electrolyte adheres to an electronic circuit board, by coating the electronic circuit board and a conductive part of an electronic circuit element with an insulator of nonaqueous electrolyte resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a synthetic resin-made equipment body 1, a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary cell 2 and an electronic circuit board 3 are housed, to coat a conductor part of the board 3 all with an insulating resin 4 of nonaqueous electrolyte resistance. That is, in the board 3, an overcharge preventing circuit, discharge control circuit, overdischarge preventing circuit, external short-circuit detecting circuit and a temperature detecting circuit are built in the board of polyimide resin, to coat a total unit of the board 3 with a polyethylene resin having corrosion resistance against nonaqueous electrolyte. In this way, reliability of the various electronic circuit boards 3, used for the nonaqueous secondary cell, can be improved. That is, as the board 3 for the nonaqueous electrolytic secondary cell with no apprehension of erroneous operation and board heating due to a short-circuit current even when leaked conductive nonaqueous electrolyte, reliability can be improved.
