PURPOSE: To obtain a circuit device which guarantees a prescribed maximum starting current, without depending on the ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION: Between the positive output end of a bridge rectifier, and the connection point of the input capaciotr C1 of a step-up converter and a reactor L1, the anode-cathode section of a thyristor TH1 is connected. And the gate of the thyristor TH1 is connected to an intermediate circuit capacitor C2 through a resistance R2, and a resistance R1 is connected in parallel, to the anode-cathode section of the thyristor TH1. |
