<p>A powdery or granular Vitamin C is coated with a rubber layer comprising a fluidizing-auxiliary and a rubber component. The fluidizing-auxiliary includes silicon dioxide, talc, etc. having a mean particle size of about 0.1 to 100 νm. The rubber layer may be formed with a latex containing the fluidizing-auxiliary, and such latex may be a synthetic latex such as an acrylic copolymer, a naturally-occurring latex or a mixture of these latexes. Further, a fatty substance may be interposed between the Vitamin C and the rubber layer. The Vitamin C can be contained in such solid preparation with maintaining high stability, even at high temperature and/or high humidity, further even in coexistence with a mineral.</p> |
