Recycling aluminium@-PVC and other coated film prods.

摘要

A process for recycling Al-PVC and other coated plastic film scrap (I) comprises granulating in a pulveriser, mixing with waste plastic additives (II) or waste chemical additive(s) (III) together with waste fibre and latex and stone dust, and using the mixt. as a starting material for the prodn. of thermoplastics. Also claimed are plastic prods. in the form of pressed sheet, esp. flooring for panel heating (floating recycled flooring), extruded pallets, building profiles, tubes, bars, strips etc., in which the filler consists of (I) and non-combustible binders. Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of such prods. (see below). Also claimed are filling compsns. contg. coated film granules (I) and plastic binders (resins, acrylic varnish etc.) for making moulds for the prodn. of polyurethane foam mouldings, and adhesives and casting cpds. contg. granulated (I).
