Clamping device for fastening belts

The clamping body is made of a U-shaped body (10) with a dowel pin (111) and an open area (12) in the bottom to allow feeding of the belt. The pin holds rotatable a clamping element (30) with a handle. The clamping element carries an elastic plate with a milled surface (20) by two bolts (23).A spring (112) brings the clamping element with the elastic plate and a recessed plate element (15) in contact, holding the belt between the plates. Pressure applied on the handle against the spring opens the gap between plate element and elastic plate allows feeding and release of the belt.
