A fresh water flushing system (10) for a marine engine in a boat for use whether the boat is in or out of the water is disclosed. The system comprises a control panel (12) mounted in the proximity of the marine engine and a fresh water flush valve (14). Hoses are connected to the fresh water flush valve (14) and to various components of the marine engine to provide for fresh water fluid flow within the engine.
