The ventilator has a ring which is formed by at least one spring washer (21). This has two associated holding flanges (15,26), positioned opposite to each other on both sides (30,31) of the washer. The first flange (15) is connected to the hub (14), and the central part of the washer is located between the two flanges.The flanges are clamped together by axial tension elements (32). The first flange has a ring socket (16), which projects over it axially, and passes through an aperture (22) in the spring washer. The shaft is non-turnably held in a bore (17) in the hub.
