The container has a curved filling funnel opening with the lower apex facing the handler. The opening is closed off by a cover which is curved to match the opening. Movements of the cover and shut-off component in the waste pipe are interconnected by a central shaft in the upper portion of the filling funnel. Two rocking levers on the shaft and shut-off component respectively provide the connection between the shaft and shut-off component.
