The invention has its object to provide utensils for eating, drinking and cooking, which is energy-saving and can easily make food, drink or the like tasty in a short time. The utensils for eating, drinking and cooking, according to the invention have their surfaces covered with film of titanium oxide. When exposed to sunrays, electric lights or the like, on film of titanium oxide on the surfaces of utensils electrons and positive holes are generated which cause a severe oxidation-reaction to decompose chlorine residues and organic compouds disolved in water whereby odors of chlorine and mold are removed and clusters of water in food and drink are made small to make food and drink tasty.
