The bearing cartridge which has oblique contact with ball bearings has a casing (10) with two successive axial sections (101,102) of different sizes joined by an intermediate connector (103). The casing contains in a chamber a bearing (20) with an external dished collar (21). This external collar has an external span and an external toroidal bearing track. The bearing has an internal dished collar (22) which has an internal span and an internal toroidal bearing track. The bearing body (23) is housed in a cage (24). The casing has a support zone which is located partly on the connector (103) which receives the external span of the external collar. Placed in the chamber is a ring (30) with an end (31) in contact with the internal span of the internal collar.
