A curable polymer mortar or concrete compsn comprises: 100 pts wt of a binder comprising unsatd urethane of formula (1) and radical polymerisable vinyl monomers at a wt ratio of 30/70-70/30: wherein X=residual gp obtd by removing isocyanate gp from polyisocyanate; Y=residual gp obtd by removing hydroxyl gps from trihydric alcohol; A1=2-6C alkylene gp; A2=2-4C alkylene gp; R1, R2, R3=H or CH3; p, r= 0-2, but not both 0; q=1-3, such that p+q+r=2-4; t=2-5; 300-1150 pts wt of an inorganic powder filler and aggregates; 0.1-1 pts wt of a viscosity reducer being an anionic polymeric surface active agent of formula (2), wherein R= 1-6C alkyl, cyclohexyl, or phenyl opt substd by 1-4C alkyl; A= residual gp obtd by removing hydroxyl gp from polyetherdiol with repetition number of oxyalkylene units 5-100 wherein the oxyalkylene units include both those which consist entirely of oxypropylene units and those which comprise 30% or more of oxypropylene units and 70% or less of oxyethylene units; M=H or a monovalent base; m, n= 1 or 2 such that m+n=3; and 1-50 pts wt of a low shrinking agent being a thermoplastic polymer of one or more kinds selected from polyalkyl(meth)acrylates, satd aliphatic polyesters, aromatic vinyl polymers and vinyl copolymers having vinyl aromatic hydrocarbons as monomer component.
