The member, for reinforcing the coupling force of the connection part of the steel beams by use of high tensile force bolts, comprises a baseplate(2) formed under a circular-shaped reinforcing member(1) with a central hole(1A); a cohesion layer(3) formed on the base plate(2); a multiple of steel plates(4) formed on the surface of the cohesion layer(3). It can reduce the installation time, and enhance the durability of the steel beam structure.
