(1) transferring coconut fiber coils with the force of air into a hopper to be stacked in layers and then dropped down through the bottom by the operation of a pin-type bear roller within the hopper onto a porous conveyer belt having a vacuum suction means underneath for the fiber coils under absorption to be laid into a continuous sheet form; (2) spraying a binder solution over the sheet of the coconut fiber coils to be passed through a multi-staged dryer and cut into sheets of a size; (3) layering the sheets impregnated by the binder to form a multi-layered mattress for bed. The coconut fiber is antistatic and anti-allergic for a long duration without degradation of elasticity.
