PURPOSE: To provide a screw apparatus which can perform both good dispersion mixing and wide range mixing while advantages which conventional screw apparatus have are guaranteed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing is provided with a screw element having a shearing flight 90 and a scraping flight 75. Upon rotation of the screw, the shearing flight shears a plastic material 89 and the scraping flight guides the material to the shearing flight. Pref., the screw includes a plurality of threads which extend from one end of the screw to the other end and include a plurality of shearing and scraping flights. |
