<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously assemble a plurality of parts to the car body side by a method wherein a jig means is moved to a fastening position on the car body side togetherwith a plurality of parts in a state to position a mounted frame. CONSTITUTION:In a jig device 1, a frame 12 for conveyance is integrally fixed and a jig device 1 is fixed in a car room by means of a positioning pin 16. A jig device 1 is brought into a state to be temporarily locked to a heater unit 18 being a plurality of parts. The main frame 22 of a jig device 1 to which the heater unit 18 is temporarily locked is moved in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle over, a rail 20 by an air cylinder 26 and assembled in the assembly position of a heater unit 18a to the car body side 28. This constitution performs simultaneous assembly of a plurality of parts to the body side.</p> |
