摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the mass production of a heat conductive composite sheet excellent in heat conductivity and flexibility by providing a porous reinforcing material layer in a silicone rubber layer with specific hardness containing a heat conductive filler. CONSTITUTION:The asker C hardness of a silicone rubber layer containing a heat conductive filler such as quartz is set to 5-50. A porous reinforcing material layer having pores with a pore size of 0.3mm or more and voids due to pores of 20-95% is provided in the silicone rubber layer in order to suppress stretchability. As the reinforcing material layer, glass cloth is optimum. By this method, a heat conductive composite sheet excellent in heat conductivity and flexibility can be mass-produced and the assembling work of electronic machinery can be easily performed.
