摘要

PURPOSE:To enable easily adjustment of deviation of a movable side plate at the time of mold break which is ascribable to strength of kinetic frictional force. CONSTITUTION:A movable side plate adjusting mechanism 30 is provided between a movable side plate 4 and mold clamping ram 7 of a molding machine so as to adjust deviation of mold break by correcting unbalance in strength of frictional force in a sliding part of the movable side plate 4 by the movable side plate adjusting mechanism 30. Then the movable side plate adjusting mechanism 30 is taken as structure wherein two adjusting plates 32, 34 are connected with each other by placing the shim 36 between the two adjusting plates 32, 34.
