PURPOSE:To produce a nonwoven fabric capable of giving a desirable product without deteriorating the feeling of the nonwoven fabric with heat in the case of using it as a laminate with other materials. CONSTITUTION:This nonwoven fabric is produced by mixing polypropylene fibers 10 with crosslinked polypropylene fibers 20. Since the crosslinked polypropylene fiber 20 does not melt even by heating at a temperature above the melting point of polypropylene, the polypropylene fiber 10 is melted and welded to the surface of a laminating object by heating the nonwoven fabric at a temperature above the melting point of polypropylene. The polypropylene fiber 20 restores the bulkiness by cooling to keep the feeling of the nonwoven fabric because the crosslinked polypropylene fiber 20 restores the original form by cooling. |
