<p>PURPOSE: To surely perform lockup of a clutch by preventing generation of loss of tightening force when a vehicle is in an inertia traveling mode. CONSTITUTION: This clutch has a first ball ramp actuator 5A imparting axial clutch tightening force by making a control ring 16 cooperate with an operating ring 18 in a driving mode of a vehicle and a second ball ramp actuator 5B imparting axial clutch tightening force by making the operating ring 18 cooperate with a pressure plate 12 in an inertia traveling mode of the vehicle. One side part of a one-way clutch 38 is mounted on the operating ring 18, the other side part is mounted on a control supporting body 37 and the control supporting body 37 is frictionally coupled with a transmission input shaft 8 when the vehicle is in the inertia traveling mode, and an operating and rotating relation with the operating ring 18 can be maintained.</p> |
