PRODUCTION OF ELECTRIC LAMINATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an electric laminated sheet capable of being released from a molding plate after the completion of heating and pressing without performing the changeover of resin varnish containing a release agent and resin varnish containing no release agent. CONSTITUTION:A base material impregnated with resin varnish is semi-cured to form a prepreg and a plurality of prepregs are laminated to form a laminate which is, in turn, molded under heating and pressure using a mold to produce an electric laminated sheet. In this method, a release agent is applied only to one prepreg coming into contact with a molding plate among the prepregs of the laminate.
