PURPOSE:To provide a bottle cap of the snap hinge type with excellent appearance for a bottle container for liquid, powder, or granule. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a cover member 30 wherein a plate-shaped open/closure cover 10 and a joining plate 20 of inverted U-shape are connected through a snap hinge 31 and a cap member 50 having on its surface a recessed groove 40 of the inverted U-shape. A locking protruding piece 24 of arrow shape is provided on the inner surface under the center of a front plate of the plate 20, spaced apart from the front plate, and a prism-shaped locking insertion piece 25 is provided on the inner surface under the center of a rear plate of the plate 20 and an arrow-shaped locking notched groove 44 is provided under the center of a front wall of the groove 40 and further a locking through opening 45 for tight insertion of the piece 25 is provided under the center of a rear wall of the groove 40 so that the piece 24 and the piece 25 are inserted into the groove 44 and the opening 45 respectively to establish the locking therebetween. |
