发明名称 WATER-PERMEABLE POROUS CERAMIC MATERIAL, ITS PRODUCTION AND FLOOR MATERIAL USING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the water permeability of the ceramic material by producing the ceramic material through sintering a formed body that is formed by binding coarse aggregate particles together with an inorganic binder which has the same composition as that of the aggregate and consists of powdery particles having smaller particle size than that of the aggregate particles. CONSTITUTION:About 0.01 to 2 pts.wt. of a paste adhesive such as starch, etc., as an about 0.05 to 10wt.% aq. solution of it is impregnated into 100 pts.wt. of aggregate particles such as zeolite particles having 250 to 5000mum particle size, etc. Thereafter, the resulting aggregate particles are mixed with an powdery inorganic binder which consists of zeolite particles having substantially the same composition as that of the aggregate particles and <=50mum particle size equivalent to 1/10 to 1/200 of that of the aggregate particles in a ratio of (the agregate)/(the inorganic binder) of 60/40 to 95/5 by weight. Subsequently, the aggregate particles coated with the powdery inorganic binder are subjected to press forming into a prescribed shape and thereafter dried at about 50 to 200 deg.C. Then the resulting formed body is sintered at 900 to 1200 deg.C to produce the objective water-permeable porous ceramic material having a structure in which the aggregate particles are firmly bound to each other. Also, the aggregate particles coated with the powdery inorganic binder are formed into a plate-like shape and then sintered to obtain the objective floor material.
