PURPOSE: To provide a transfer printing recording apparatus capable of easily reading the data carried on a film medium. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for recording the printing by a thermal transfer printing machine is equipped with the transfer film 6 delivered from a roll 7 to be taken up by a drum 8 and the roll 7 and the drum 8 are arranged in a cassette 9 having a side wall 10A including a stepped part 11 demarcating and forming a printing region. The cassette 9 has a reading window 12 different from the printing region 11, guides 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 imparting the route of the transfer film 6 allowing the transfer film 6 to pass the window between the roll 7 and the drum 8 and a support 20 for a contrast surface. |
