PURPOSE:To provide a percutaneously absorbable preparation containing a medicine in an adhesive base material in an oversaturated state, excellent in the skin permeability of the medicine, substantially not having irritativity to skin when adhered to the skin, and not causing the peeling of the preparation and the leaving of the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of an adhesive base agent and 1-20 pts.wt. of a medicine (e.g. a steroid compound) are homogeneously mixed and subsequently used as an ointment. Or the mixture is coated on a support to form an adhesive layer, and subsequently used as a tape medicine. The adhesive base agent comprises 70-90wt.% of a mixture and 30-10wt.% of a copolymer comprising 55-75mol.% of a 8C alkyl acrylate and 45-25mol.% of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, the mixture comprising 70-95wt.% of a compound selected from polyethylene glycol, petrolatum and lanolin and 5-30wt.% of polypyrrolidone having an average mol.wt. of 1,000,000-5,000,000. |
