<p>PURPOSE:To refill an appropriate amount of paper promptly and easily by providing a lock releasing mechanism which separates a hook member from a lock member forcibly on condition of the rotation of the lock member, which is rotatable when it passes through the hook member from the top to bottom and is constrainable in a prescribed attitude after passing, and a paper-feed roller. CONSTITUTION:When a paper loading plate 30 is lowered against an energizing means by applying an external force, a lock member 41 which is mounted on the paper loading plate 30 rotates, passes through a hook member 46 from upward to downward, returns to a prescribed position, and is constrained. When the external force is removed, the paper loading plate 30 is pushed upward by the energizing means. At this time, the lock member 41 whose attitude has been constrained is caught in the hook member 46, locks the paper loading plate 30 at a paper refilling position, that is, making a paper refilling position locking mechanism 40 put in locked condition. It is thus possible to place an appropriate amount of paper on the paper loading plate 30. When a paper- feeding roller 11 is rotated automatically, a lock releasing mechanism 47 separates the hook member 46 from the lock member 41 forcibly.</p> |
