SARDINE AND/OR MACKEREL OIL WITH REDUCED FISH SMELL

PURPOSE:To give sardine and/or mackerel oils of reduced fish smell, as they hold significant amounts of high-degree unsaturated fatty acids such as docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) or eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). CONSTITUTION:In the object sardine and/or mackerel oils, the concentration of DHA is in the range from 1 to 13% and that of EPA is 3 to 18% in the fatty acid residues of the oils where the content of the trans isomer is more than 4%.
