<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cooling liq. feeding device preferable in the viewpoint of energy efficiency, free from the change of the flow rate of a cooling liq. even if it is fed to plural cooling jackets, free from the generation of foams in the cooling liq., capable installing it even in a building having a low ceiling and capable of reducing the equipment cost. CONSTITUTION:This cooling liq. feeding device is used for hardening in a hardening device having four hardening stations, and provided with a cooling liq. tank 200 storing a cooling liq. L and reciprocating pumps 300A to 300D forcibly feeding the cooling liq. L to cooling jackets 110A to 110D installed around a work W. The hardening stations 100A to 100D are provided with respective reciprocating pumps 300A to 300D being a single piston pump operated independently to each other one by one.</p> |
