<p>PURPOSE:To express a more real material feeling and touch on wallpaper by forming a material feeling due to the rough feeling of beads, sand or fine ground stone particles on the surface of wallpaper and expressing uneven depth (difference of altitude) more largely. CONSTITUTION:After a substrate printing layer 2 having an appropriate pattern and color is applied to the surface of a base material 1, a foamable ink layer 3 having an appropriate pattern is formed by a printing system using aqueous foamable ink and, before or after the foamable ink layer 3 is heated and foamed, an oily or aq. granular disperse resin soln. mixed with beads, sand or fine ground stone particles is sprayed on or applied to the foamable ink layer of the base material 1 to form a fine granular uppermost layer 4 to form a foamed uneven layer 3a having the uppermost layer 4.</p> |
