<p>PURPOSE:To prevent exhaust of harmful substances such as dioxins into the air and also to provide an ash heating and decomposing device easy for maintenance. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a gas cooler 31 for condensing gas containing the harmful substances evaporated from the ash heating device 5 and exhausting the harmful substances to the outside of the system, and an active carbon filter 36 for adsorbing and filtering the gas unable to condense by the gas cooler 31 and eliminating the harmful substances, and the gas passed through the activated carbon filter 36 is returned to the ash heating device 5 in circulation. Thus, sticking trouble caused by moisture in the circulating gas in a conventional precipitation treatment can be evaded and also the maintenance becomes easy by using the active carbon filter.</p> |
