<p>PURPOSE:To form at least two resin moldings so as to have a specific shapes and, at the same time, realize bonding under the condition that flush is prevented from exposing at vibration welding. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a first and a second resin moldings 1 and 2 are molded so as to have a first rib 11 and a second rib 12, which extend respectively to the bonding direction from the side end part and intermediate part at the bonding end part 10 of the former, while a stepped part 12 open both to the bonding direction and to the direction normal to the bonding direction at the bonding end part 20 of the latter. Accordingly, a mold for the second resin molding can be extracted to the direction normal to the bonding direction. And, the first and the second resin moldings 1 and 2 are relatively vibrated under the state that the tip surface of the second rib 12 and the bonding surface of the stepped part are urged on each other so as to vibration-weld both the parts together. The flushes developed at the vibration welding are housed between the second rib 12 and the first rib 11 and between the second rib 12 and the side face of the stepped part 21, resulting in exposing them neither outside nor inside of the bonding end part 20.</p> |
