<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary slant system press low in mechanical vibration and rotary noise by positioning a line connecting centers between ball bearings at a specified position in an inclined angle between an axial line of a driving shaft and the axial line of a swinging plate. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 10 is passed through a swinging plate 17. A slider 21 is held to be freely movable by the swinging plate 17 to generate a pressing pressure. Plural swinging plate rotation stopping pins 22 are passed through the swinging plate 17, arranged in parallel to the driving shaft on its concentric circles, and one side end is fixed onto a slider guide 4. The ball bearings 22a are respectively held to be freely slidable on the other ends of the rotation stopping pins 22 and engaged to the penetrating hole of the swinging plate 17. Then, the line connecting the centers between the ball bearings 22a is positioned at the position being 1/2 of the inclined angle between the axial line of the driving shaft 10 and the axial line of the swinging plate 17. Therefore, the constant velocity property of the joint part can be surely ensured.</p> |
