PURPOSE:To produce a good multilayered molded object by supplying first and second molten thermoplastic resins into female and male molds from first and second concentrically circular supply ports independently controllable in temp. so as to provide a time lag and subsequently clamping the molds to cool them. CONSTITUTION:When both female and male molds 1, 2 are opened, first and second molten resins 3, 4 are supplied to the space between the molds 1, 2 from the molten resin passages 7, 8 provided to the male mold 2 through resin supply ports 14, 15 provided in a concentrically circular state. The respective supply ports 14, 15 are independently controlled in temp. and the supplied molten resins 3, 4 are controlled in molding temp. by heaters 11, 12 and supplied so as to provide a time lag and, after the supply of the first resin 3 is completed, the second resin 4 is supplied. Then, the molds are clamped to be cooled to obtain a good multilayered molded object wherein a base material and an outer layer material are not mixed. |
