PURPOSE:To reliably prevent a theft by receiving a signal from a transmitter when a normal driver gets on a vehicle with the transmitter, and enabling an engine start by an engine key only when it is the normal driver after the fact of the normal driver is judged. CONSTITUTION:When a normal driver gets on a vehicle with a transmitter 10, a vehicle side receiver 201 receives a carrier wave outputted by the transmitter 10. When a carrier wave detecting circuit 202 detects the carrier wave, it outputs output H. When the carrier wave is not detected, it outputs output L. A circuit part 3 of an engine starting key is connected by the output H, and an engine is started as usual. Since the output of the transmitter 10 is feeble, when the transmitter 10 does not exist in the vehicle, the receiver 201 cannot receive the carrier wave, so that the output L is outputted. Thereby, the engine cannot started by the key. |
