<p>PURPOSE:To apply high voltage to a material to be coated surely through an electrode attachment without using a current collecting rail and a contact, without conducting special voltage control, and without generating a spark while a running base is running within a high voltage application zone. CONSTITUTION:In a conveyer having an insulated electrode attachment 2 for applying high voltage to a material W to be coated which is mounted on a running base 3 running along a specified track, an induction route 6 of a specified length to make the primary circuit of electromagnetic induction is formed along the transfer direction of the material W. A pick-up coil 8 to make the secondary circuit of electromagnetic induction is attached to the running base 3 to face the induction route 6 without contacting it, and a high voltage generator 10 which increases the voltage outputted from the pick-up coil 8 by the electromagnetic induction with the induction route 6 to supply high voltage to the electrode attachment 2 is also mounted on the running base 3.</p> |
