<p>PURPOSE:To prevent bone resorption in a contact surface between an implant body and a bone tissue and inflammation otherwise caused continuously in a surrounding tissue of an implant attributed to the vibration and rotation of the implant body and uneven dispersion of an occlusal pressure as generated in the occlusion. CONSTITUTION:An implant body is made up of an occlusal pressure accepting part 1 presenting a virtually conical tapered form in which a part positioned in an indent of a bone face contact part 5 thereof reduces in height as much as possible and the bone face contact part 5. Both structures are linked with an elastic fiber-like construction 3 while a pressure buffer bode comprising a viscoelastic body, a viscoelastic fluid 4 or a fluid is sealed and interposed between both the structures.</p> |
