PURPOSE: To enable simple and quick anastomosis of a sinus by putting a ring shaped tightener fixing anvil to an open end of the first hollow organ which is to be connected with an open end of the second hollow organ, and forming a folding part by returning the open end to the back over the anvil. CONSTITUTION: An anvil 10 has a fixing measure of a tightener which is positioned in a configuration of a groove 13 for bending a stop in the surroundings and is provided as a shape of a ring. The open end of the first hollow organ 14 which is to be connected with the second hollow organ 15 is provided coaxially with the anvil, is folded outward over the end of the anvil 10, and forms the folded end 17 which is overlapping an outer tubular surface of the anvil 10. The anvil 10 is provided with further a ring shaped stitch groove 18 and a folded end 17 of a blood vessel 14 is fastened circularly to the anvil 10 with a stitch thread 20 at the circular groove 18. The end of the second hollow organ 15 puts a tunica intima of the organ in the condition of tunica coaptation by slipping the folded end of the first hollow organ 14 into it. |
