PURPOSE:To obtain a treatment part in a living body becoming a linear shape at the time of insertion and extraction and becoming a curved shape at the time of treatment by using a hardness changeable resin material becoming hard at set temp. or lower and becoming hard at the set temp. or higher in an insertion part to form a curved part and forming a means heating or cooling the curved part and a means curving the curved part. CONSTITUTION:An insertion part 2 has a bendable curved part 5 formed at a part of the leading end part thereof and a hard and straight sheath part 6 formed at the base end part thereof and the curved part 5 is composed of a shape memory resin material becoming a hard state within a low temp. region below bodily temp. and becoming a soft state at the bodily temp. or higher and a property becoming a straight shape in a soft state within a high temp. region is stored in the curved part 5. When hot water is injected into a water sending lumen 20 from a water sending cap, the curved part 5 is softened. When an operation grip is slid to advance the tip of a curved rod 33 up to the leading end of a curved rod lumen 19 and the curved part of the rod 33 reaches the curved part 5, the curved part 5 is curved along the curved shape of the curved rod 33. |
