<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for removing a film which is not age-colored when the film of a resin base is sufficiently peeled and the base is again recycle- used for industrial utilization. CONSTITUTION:A method for removing a film on a surface of a resin base comprises the steps of heat treating resin base having a film on its surface at a lower temperature than a temperature for melting the base at 110 deg.C or higher in alkaline aqueous solution containing 0.1wt.% of alkali concentration and 5ppm or less of oxygen concentration, and further polishing it in contact with surfaces of the bases by using a screw feeder, etc., or, is polishing it by using an abrasive material by using a high-speed tank type agitator, etc., or liquid honing it.</p> |
