<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus capable of efficient denitration by controlling the amt. of ammonia blown in accordance with the concn. of NOx. CONSTITUTION:In a denitrating apparatus in which a denitrating agent is injected into waste combustion gas and NOx in the gas is reduced and removed, a zirconia oxygen analyzer 36 for detecting the concn. of oxygen in hot gas in the outlet flue of an incinerator 2 and a device 40 for controlling the amt. of ammonia injected into a fire furnace are disposed. The amt. of ammonia injected is controlled by the concn. of oxygen detected with the analyzer 36 and output of an arithmetic unit for computing an equation expressing the relation between the concn. of oxygen in combustion gas and the concn. of NOx based on the compsn. (N, water and volatile matter contents) of garbage to be incinerated, the temp. of the fire furnace and the distribution of air to the furnace.</p> |
