发明名称 PRODUCTION OF LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To shorten the curing time in an autoclave of the concrete by using a siliceous raw material having a specified content of alunite and adding a prescribed amount of an alkali metal compound based on the total raw material solid content to a raw material mixture. CONSTITUTION:A siliceous raw material such as silica stone contg. 3.5 to 10.0wt.% alunite, etc., and a calcareous raw material such as quick lime, portland cement, etc., are mixed together. Then, 0.05 to 1.0wt.%, particularly 0.20 to 0.80wt. % of an alkali metal compound such as NaOH, etc., based on the total raw material solid content, a prescribed amount of gypsum dihydrate and small amounts of water and powdery Al are added to and mixed with this raw material mixture. Thereafter, the resulting material is formed into a formed body by filling a form, etc., with this material to produce the objective lightweight cellular concrete having high tobermorite crystallinity through using a shorter curing time in an autoclave than the conventionally required time.</p>
