<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an energy cost and to shorten production time by packing a material mixture composed of powdery incineration ashes essentially consisting of silica, lime powder, cement and water into molds and pressurizing the material mixture while dehydrating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The lime powder having a grain size of 2 to 3mm is added at 10 to 20wt.%, the cement at 10 to 30wt.% and the water at 30 to 50wt.% to 1 pts.wt. powdery incineration ashes essentially consisting of the silica and the mixture is stirred and mixed, by which the slurry-like material mixture is obtd. The upper mold 5 is risen by means of a ram 3 and the lower mold 6 is horizontally moved on a table 2 and is extricated sideways out of the position right under the upper mold 5. The material mixture described above is packed into the cavity 7 of the lower mold 6. Next, the lower mold 6 is returned to the position right under the upper mold 5 and a vibrator mounted at the table 2 is vibrated to apply vibrations to the lower mold 6, by which the air in the material mixture packed in the cavity 7 is removed. The upper mold 5 is then driven to descend by means of the ram 3 to pressurize the material mixture in the cavity 7 under a pressure 50 to 250kgf/cm<2> while the material is dehydrated.</p> |
