The dephosphorylating agent for molten pig iron using dry dust in converter furnace is composed of 65-75 wt% dry dust which consists of 9-12 wt% calcium oxide, 58-63 wt% total iron, 18-23 wt% total oxygen source and other impurities, 18-25 wt% quick lime for making stable P2O5 compound and 7-10 wt% fluorite having more than 80% of the purity and for lowering the melting point.
