CORROSION CHECKING METHOD OF TAPPING HOLE REFRACTORY

摘要

The method comprises a step of setting an initial boundrary condition; a step of changing the initial boundary condition and setting a new one assuming erosion thickness change; a step of finding temperature distribution in micro parts by finite dividing method; a step of measuring temperature distribution by equipping lots of thermocouples in the large runner; a step of comparing the temperatures of the two methods; a step of supposing erosion feature by boundary conditions which assume erosion thickness change; a step of repeating the setting of a new boundary condition until the temperature difference among comparision parts come to below 50 deg.C
