An antimycotic triazole derivative represented by general formula (I), a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, and an antimycotic agent containing the same as the active ingredient: wherein R<1> and R<2> represent each independently hydrogen, lower alkyl or cycloalkyl, or R<1> and R<2> are combined together to represent alkylene; R<3> represents lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl having a double bond(s), optionally substituted heterocycle or -NR<5>R<6>; R<5> represents hydrogen or lower alkyl and R<6> represents optionally substituted heterocycle, or R<5> and R<6> are combined together to represent sulfur-containing alkylene; R<4> represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; X<1> represents hydrogen, halogen or trifluoromethyl; X<2> represents hydrogen or halogen; and n represents 0 to 2. These substances have a remarkably potent antimycotic activity and are useful for curing animal and human superficial and deep-seated mycoses. |
