PURPOSE:To improve external appearance by fixing a cover body by respectively installing leg piece parts protrusively arranged from a lid body and an installing piece part arranged outside of the leg piece part in parts to be installed, and forming a thin part not more than a thickness of the other parts of the leg piece parts in a lid body side base end part of the leg piece part. CONSTITUTION:A cover-shaped lid body 21 being put on the same plane with an instrument panel 12 is formed in a cover body 11, and a pair of inclined front and rear leg piece parts 31 and 32 are protrusively arranged on the reverse of the lid body 21. An air bag or the like is housed between both leg piece parts 31 and 32. A support piece part 44 proceeding to the rear side is protrusively arranged in the rear side leg piece part 32, and an installing piece part 45 is also formed on the rear end of the support piece part 44. A grip 55 is installed in the installing piece part 45, and is engaged with and installed in an engagement support part 12c of the instrument panel 12. An inserting part 46 is formed between the lid body 21 and the support piece part 44, and when the cover body 11 is molded, a slide piece is inserted in the inserting part 46, and a thin part 47 is formed in an upper end part of the leg piece part 32.
