PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of a replaceable blade of scissors of a shearing knife, by providing a mechanism for removably attaching the replaceable blade between the distal end of a grip and the proximal end of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A shearing knife is composed of a pair of grips 2 which are pivotally journalled by a support shaft, and which are removably attached at their distal ends with a blade 4, independent from each other, by means of a removably attaching mechanism 20 in which when the blade 4 is to be attached to the grips 2, at first a first ridge 5a is engaged in a second groove 14b, and then the blade 4 is slide through the engagement between a dovetail 15 and a dovetail groove 6. In this case, the space between two protrusions 16 is enlarged overcoming a resilient force in a tapered part 22 formed in a second ridge 5. Further, both protrusions 16 exceed parallel parts 21 having a maximum width, the protrusions 16 are engaged into locking recesses 17 under the resilient force, and further, the distal end part of a bifurcated part 11 is engaged in an engaging recess 10, thereby the completion of the attachment of the blade 4 to the grips 2 is completed. |
