PURPOSE:To embody the production cost reduction and wt. of a part items while enhancing the abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 13 is arranged to the appropriate place of a mold 11 and a molten resin 12 premixed with a magnetic powder is injected into the mold 11 and the magnetic powder is flocculated in the vicinity of the magnet 13 to enhance the abrasion resistance of the part where the magnetic powder is flocculated. |
