摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a stainless steel plate covered with a protective coating which can be removed by an alkalescent water solution. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic resin coating film which contains 0.5-30mass% of silica powder having an acid value of 40-500 or a coating film obtained by adding 1-25mass% of polymeric resin powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1-40mum to the silica-containing acrylic resin coating film is formed on a surface of a stainless steel plate by 10-100mum.
