PURPOSE:To provide a process for easily preparing a bean curd without using particular tools by performing the mixing of bittern with soya milk and the heating of the mixture with a water bath using a soya milk container itself, thereby preventing the coagulation of the bean curd in the mixing stage because the soya milk is mixed with the bittern without heating and, accordingly, enabling the preparation of bean curd even by an unskilled person and the easy preparation of a just-made bean curd to enable the eating of delicious bean curd free from deterioration. CONSTITUTION:This bean curd preparation material is composed of a soya milk container 1 containing packaged soya milk and a bittern pack 2 containing packaged bittern. This bean curd preparation process comprises the pouring of bittern from the bittern pack 2 into the soya milk container 1 containing soya milk, the immersion of the container in boiling water to perform the water- bathing of the mixture and the cooling of the container taken out of the water bath after a prescribed period. |
