<p>PURPOSE:To keep liq. tightness and to prevent completely a rubber stopper from falling down and releasing by welding a wide range between a director of a rubber press and a receiver of a liq. contacting cap and between a director of a rubber stopper press and a receiver of the rubber stopper press by means of ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 1 is constituted of an opening part main body 2, a liq. contacting cap 3, a rubber stopper 4 and a rubber stopper press 5 and the opening part main body 2 is constituted by a cylindrical rubber stopper receiver 6 and a fitting channel 9 is formed on the inside of the rubber stopper receiver 6. A fitting projection 11 is formed on the periphery of the trunk part 10 of the rubber stopper 4 and a fitting channel 12 is formed between the trunk part 10 and the fitting projection part 11. On the liq. contacting cap 3, a fitting projection 18 corresponding to the fitting channel 12 and a fitting channel 19 corresponding to the projection 11 are respectively formed on its inside and an energy director receiver 20 is formed on its outside. On the rubber stopper press 5, a fitting projection 21 corresponding to the fitting channel 12 and the fitting channel 16 corresponding to the fitting projection 21 are formed on its inner side and energy directors 14 and 15 are formed its outer side and a connecting part 13 is formed on the bottom part of the outer periphery. The energy directors 14 and 15 and the energy director receivers 8 and 20 are fused together by means of ultrasonic wave.</p> |
